They look delicious and love they are protein free. Is it possible to make them without the applesauce?
Thanks so much for sharing with us at Two Uses Tuesday!

Hi Pili, You can make them without the applesauce. I added the applesauce for moisture. I'm glad you like it.

Oh Celeste, you know I am a glutton for waffles and pancakes and these look so delish! You are teasing me with that fruit topping and the Strawberry Mint Chia Jam sounds like a great topping as well. Now I'm hungry for waffles! Oh the dilemma! LOL I had something else planned for dinner! ARG!

And what's great about this recipe is it is so easy and fast and even without the eggs it comes out super fluffy.

These look delicious - I really need to go buy a waffle maker 🙂
Celeste says
I need a new one myself, the handle broke and all I have is a small tip of the handle left, but I just keep using it. I'll have to get a new one soon I'm sure. If you don't have a waffle maker you can make pancakes. Sam thanks for stopping by, enjoy!

Celeste this looks like such a great recipe. If I were to make it could I substitute for the cream of tartar? It is hard to find it here.
