The holidays are over and the new year is here, a time when many of us are planning ways to cleanse and detox to recover from holiday indulgence.
If you are planning a cleanse there is no need to starve or deprive yourself of solid foods, not all cleanses include fasting. Actually eliminating processed foods and drinking plenty of water is a great way to keep your body in a daily state of cleansing. Yeah, yeah I know it’s hard to eliminate processed foods completely sometimes because we have such busy schedules.
