Ingredients

  • 5 cups blanched broccoli florets
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup chopped red onions
  • cup dried cranberries
  • cup chopped pecans
  • Miso Sesame Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons mild yellow miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons agave nectar
  • 1 ½ tablespoon toasted sesame oil

Instructions

  • Put all salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss.
  • In a smaller bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients until well combined.
  • Toss dressing with salad just before serving.
