- 5 cups blanched broccoli florets
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup chopped red onions
- ⅔ cup dried cranberries
- ⅓ cup chopped pecans
- Miso Sesame Dressing
- 2 tablespoons mild yellow miso paste
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 2 teaspoons agave nectar
- 1 ½ tablespoon toasted sesame oil

Put all salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss.
In a smaller bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients until well combined.
Toss dressing with salad just before serving.
