Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced strawberries
  • 2 medium grapefruits sectioned
  • 2 medium oranges or 3 small oranges sectioned
  • 2 mangoes diced
  • ½ cup red onions diced
  • cup jalapeno diced
  • ¼ cup cilantro finely chopped
  • dash of sea salt
  • 1 medium avocado diced (optional)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients except avocado in medium bowl and toss together.
  • Transfer to serving dish when ready to serve.
  • If using avocado, mix the diced avocado in just before serving.
  • Have fun and ENJOY!!
