Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb shaved Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4-5 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup pre-packaged dried cranberries and pecans mix
  • ½ cup crispy fried onions store-bought
  • ¼ cup poppy seed dressing store-bought

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare Brussels Sprouts: Toss the shaved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them in an even layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast: Roast the Brussels sprouts in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they’re golden and crispy on the edges.
  • Cook Bacon: While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, cook the bacon in a pan until crispy. Let it cool on a paper towel, then crumble into bite-sized pieces.
  • Assemble the Dish: In a large serving bowl, combine the roasted Brussels sprouts, crumbled bacon, cranberries and pecans, and crispy fried onions.
