Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pink or red moscato
  • 1/4 cup Limoncello
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • sparkling water or club soda to taste, I used 1/2 cup
  • ice
  • lemon slices and mint for garnishing and/or muddling

Instructions

  1. Mix and pour method:
  2. Pour wine, limoncello and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker or small pitcher, place top on shaker and shake vigorously, if using pitcher, stir with spoon.
  3. Add ice to two glasses and pour drink into two glasses.
  4. Top off with sparking water or club soda to taste, I used about 2 ozs. for each drink.
  5. Garnish with lemon slice and mint.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Muddle method:
  8. Place about 3 to 4 slices of lemons into cocktail shaker or small pitcher add 7 mint leaves and muddle.
  9. Add wine and limoncello to shaker, place top on shaker and shake vigorously, if using pitcher, stir with spoon.
  10. Add ice to two glasses and pour drink into the glasses.
  11. Top off the drinks with sparkling water or club soda to taste.
  12. Garnish with lemon slices and mint.
  13. Serve immediately.
