Monday was busy and my time seemed to fast forward. Good thing I started my day with my regular green smoothie, but this time I added Skinny Gut protein powder. I’ve been giving different brands a try to find one I like, I’ll let you know what I think after I’m done with my taste testing.
Before I could blink, it was time for lunch, time for leftovers. Delicious and filling soba noodle soup, the recipe for this one coming very soon.
Mid afternoon I found myself snacking on handfuls of coconut bacon, it’s so hard to stop eating this stuff.
Leftovers to the rescue again for dinner. Leftover veggie burger seasoned with taco spices and a need to use avocado sliced to make a taco salad, it was paired with a nice glass of wine.
After such a busy day, it was finally nice to kick back and relax.
